@arreyprotus, you and your siblings are doing a great job caring for your mom. You and she both look much too young to have to face such a journey. Are you the oldest among your siblings? How is your mom doing after the first day of PERIKABIVEN?

@arreyprotus I’m sure that you will do a great job helping your mother! What are the ages of those at home? In your culture, do neighbors come to help?
While your mother is in the hospital know that she will be well cared for. Your job now will be to get the siblings together and do as much as you can to care for your home and each other. Your mom will have no strength for quite awhile, so all of you will have to band together to help her and each other. Please stay in touch with us, we care and want to help. Becky

Mom @becsbuddy thanks so much God will never abandoned us now because he never fail he is a capable God and it is not in his ability to fail. actually the ages of my siblings are 26, 24, 20.franka, Kelvin and junior respectively, it is rare to find such neighbor who can help because it is not in our culture but there can only help when they are God fearing as of now we hope on God help and sometimes external family.today makes it the third day in the hospital and she is getting better with the intake of perikabiven all glory be given onto God we will overcome

Dear @arreyprotus, I am sorry your mom has this diagnosis. How proud she must be of you and your siblings for the wonderful care and concern for her welfare you are providing! You both look very young and handsome in the photo you shared. I am sending you cyber hugs and continued strength for the days ahead.

Is there a social worker at the hospital who might give you information about groups or associations that could help with the expensive costs of care and treatment?

@arreyprotus, Hi, new friend. Can you ask your mother's doctor or hospital financial office if he or they can help or suggest some organization or group that can help financially with the costs of your mother's medical costs? Is there a community leader or Red Cross or national cancer society in your locale who you can reach out to for help? Can you google "financial help for cancer patients" for your specific area like Cameroon or your state or area? I will give it a try but no idea if I can meet with success. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this exceedingly difficult time.
