Can you feel the lymphatic drainage moving through?

At night when I sleep and am laying flown on my bed, I wake up when I feel the lymphatic fluid going through my torso, arms, and even fingers … I told my PT he looked at me like I was crazy… anyone else feel the movement of lymphatic fluid through your body ?

I feel tingles in different parts of my leg, but not just while in bed. It’s a bit random during the day as well. I was told this was normal.
