can stream rooms help copd
I have food, asthma and restrictive airway disease. Steam can be helpful but be wary of public steam rooms. The bacteria that floats around can cause more problems with a copd patient. If you want a cheap easy, clean and true steam to get down into your lungs, boil a pot of water, take a nice big clean towel put the towel over your head and take nice deep breaths to allow the steam to help you. Don’t get your face too close to the steam so as not to burn yourself. Once the steam is gone, you are done! Don’t do it more than two or three times a week. I hope this helps.
That was supposed to say copd, asthma and restrictive airway disease. Geez auto correct.
