I have only a couple of questions.Having Bronchiectasis, should a person be drinking more water than usual?And is Toe Fungus related to Lung Issues?Will exercise be good for the Lungs with Bronchiectasis?
Unless there are countervailing reasons to guide otherwise staying hydrated and activity that increases your heart rate is desirable. It’s possible to get too much water but a couple of quarts daily is reasonable.

I heard recently that with Gerd, I should not drink liquids or eat 3 hours prior to bedtime. Otherwise I drink plenty of water to help liquefy mucus.
