@brit I saw a dermologist for thrush and it wasn’t I went through steriod creams
injections in the tongue and mouth wash solutions, this was for one year.
The dermo doc. should have taken it more serious and sent me to an oral surgeon
she was the head of the deparment in a large teaching hospital and voiced she
she was uncomfortable and didn’t know who to refer me to as it progressed
as tissue starting coming off, erosive under the tongue all the time I was headed
toward cancer. In this time I was crying out for help and no doctor took the time
it was when I hit the internet after the fact of the cancer diagnosis, I went to a
cancer hospital for treatment (surgery) and I was told my life would never be the
same and I was told by a local doctor it would keep coming back because it was
in the mouth …….salvia. This is why I beg you dear one don’t settle for one doctors opinion. John Hopkins has housing accomadations as I am sure other
do. John Hopkins is not an easy place to be,my surgeon went to Boston.
So I will see an oral surgeon in end of March and when I was seen in October
time was of the essence and now it is February.
