Breathing Issues possible COPD
I contracted COVID 19 in 2020. After I got rid of COVID I have never been the same. I cough all the time. When I eat, when I to physical activity, and pretty much all the time as stated up there.
About a year ago this turned from a dry cough to a cough. Sometimes it would have something come up and others times nothing.
I am now coughing up something. Its hard to describe and its such a task to get it up because the coughing wont slow down until i get it up. It's almost as though it's a scab by this I mean flat. It's light green to dark green in color. I've taken a few of these chuncks/scabs and let them dry, they turn rock solid in about 10 mins. Most are about an inch long and 1/2 wide.
I've been to the doctor and nothing changes. Eventually she will get me into see ENT.
I feel like something is very wrong and I'm never that person about my health. My blood pressure has been insane, last week when I was there it was 142/100. And im on 2 BP pills, she added another one last week, "to bring it down". As of this week I feel almost like my heart is fluttering as well.
Any suggestions?

I suggest seeing a cardiologist. The fluttering is a concern - it may be nothing but it would be smart to have it checked out for your peace of mind.

1 ReactionIt also might be good to take the stuff you are coughing up to a lab ordered by a pulmonary doc for analysis. I went through a bad patch about a year ago. Every six weeks I was on antibiotics and steroids to stop the cough. It stopped when I started taking allergy medication.
