breast pain at night both sides so cannot sleep

Not much info to go on, but to my thinking, any new breast issue should be evaluated by a MD

Is this a new symptom for you or have you had this before? Do you think it could be tied to hormone changes? Have you had a mammogram within the last year?

Is it muscular pain, nerve pain, swollen lymph nodes or mammary glands, etc. Have you been sick recently?

your breasts are engorged? edema? pms? age? menopausal? HRT? you will have to provide more info. if it was one breast it could be serious but both just sound like something manageable needs to be adjusted.
