bone density results

So brief history is: 13 spinal compression fractures in 2016. Followed by 24 months of Forteo, one shot of Prolia and then Raloxifine for follow up. Insignificant loss noted on yearly Bone Density tests. Started Teriparatide November 12, 2024. Just had a recent Bone Density. Results from:
Jan 10, 2025 Jan 13, 2026
Left femoral neck:
T-score: -3.3 T-score: -3.2
Z-score: -1.6 Z-score:-1.6

Left Total Hip:
T-score: -2.8 T-score: -2.8
Z-score: -1.5 Z-score: -1.4

The have not been able to use my spine for a reading due to the previous fractures, however given that is where this drug does its most work, I would conclude it has improved as well. It has been suggested to follow up with Prolia or Evenity. I am considering sticking to Raloxifene for follow up, as this 'recipe ' seems to have worked for me and I am concerned adding Evenity would perhaps dampen the benefit of the Teriparatide if I were to repeat it in 5 or more years time. I am 67 and have lost 3.5 inches in height due to the fractures.

So you haven’t fractured since 2016? That’s great!

I hadn’t heard that Evenity might blunt the effects of teraparatide. Do you have a reference for that? I thought it was only bisphosphonates that blunted the effects of anabolics.

I am on Evenity after 5+ years of alendronate and am wondering how effective it will be. I’ll know more in July at my next DEXA.

Evenity is made by same company that makes Prolia. I watch video where doctor was presenting importance of sequencing when treating osteoporosis . He said first 3-4 months Evenity acts as an anabolic bone building and then more like same action as Prolia. I will try to find that link for you. I reacted to Prolia and feel extra nervous about Evenity for that reason. Every one is different. When I mentioned this to my Endocrinologist she said, "Oh its all just speculation". I'm not sure what to make of that.
