Blockages in both kidneys

Hello and my name is Gil , I am age 83 male and I have CDK . I have an appointment with a Vacular Doctor. and I have Blockages in both Kidneys . About Renal Artery Stenosis ,and I am concerned about this and the Risk . Any one have this or know more about it .? Gil
