I used to have recurring bladder infections and take cranberry pills and haven't had one since. They have worked 100%! I have been on them for literally years. I buy mine at Costco but started out buying them at Walgreens or Wal-Mart.
D-mannose daily and Rephresh Pro B daily. It's a probiotic that eliminated all my utis & bladder infections within less than 2 weeks, which I was having weekly for almost a year. It may be a ph issue. Stay away from antibiotics if you can. I was also taking cranberry powder daily, but it made no difference whatsoever in my case. Good luck to you!

@suzanne2, That's good to know and great they've helped your UTI's . I do keep cranberry juice and crasins on hand but a secret treat is Sonic's cranberry limeade…not as sweet as a cherry lime…doubt it does a thing for my bladder but is a tasty delight!
I too have frequent UTIs. Thanks so much everyone for the many suggestions and links! I have had so many antibiotics over the years (I’m 73), so this is an issue too. Therefore, I have developed sensitivities and some allergies to most antibiotics.

My sister uses D-Mannose every day and it's helped her tremendously.
Is she diabetic?

Are you diabetic?
YESCranberry pills are great. Drinking the cranberry juice is preventative as well if at least 8 oz day.
Cranberry Juice 8 oz daily is recommended. Not cran cocktail……..pure cranberry juice.

@fiesty76 The drink sounds tasty! A good treat on a Summer day.I am partial to cranberries. Always put crasins on my oatmeal.
