I find it difficult and frustrating finding the right meds let alone trying to get the Doctor to actual hear what your trying to say. I've tried so many and then some of the medications my Doctor wants to try are to expensive. Then you get a script for medication to try only to wait for 6-8wk, find out it wasn't the right one and didn't help to starting all over again! Isn't there an easier way/ It's hard enough living with depression let alone haveing to go through all the appointments and getting your hopes up just to be let down again.

I have had bipolar disorder disorder for 25 years with little or no help. Lately I have found a doctor who works only bipolar patients. She putt me on anti convulsion med and a anti depression med called Mirtazapine that works somewhat like an SSRI but not quite the same. So far, so good. I wish you peace. Lamaj
