Bad stomach and meds

Yes I can say I havel tried just about every cardiac medications, and I had such bad stomach issues.
I also had bad headache so I couldn't take anything.

I am three weeks out from a Redo Septical Myectomy, with out any medication at all.
I am hurting so bad I want to cry, I was out of the hospital for only four days and had to return.
While I was in a local hospital close to my house they did a ECHO and it showed a Apical Cavity Obliteration and a Apical Anyurysm, With other stuff medication not a option but Tylenol.
I am so sick of it I tried to message Surgion but no answer I give up..

@holly1275 No answer from the surgeon? You have a right to not be in pain where "I am hurting so bad I want to cry." How long did "they" say it would be before the pain subsides? Where is the pain centered? How much Tylenol are you allowed to take? How far are you from the place where your redo myectomy took place? Perhaps you need to go there to get the care you need. If that is not possible, would you be willing to go to your local hospital again? I see the word aneurysm and that in itself raises a flag. How is this apical aneurysm being managed? Please keep us posted.

I only take it when I need it so it doesn't cause any stomach discomfort.

It seems like I waisted my time having it redone, this pain is so bad I am holding my chest my heart is climbing my feet are swollen, and this is suppose to be one of the best surgeons he maybe a good surgeon but his staff needs a reality check.

I only take it when I need it so it doesn't cause any stomach discomfort.

@holly1275 a little confused. Did you have a septical because you can’t take meds or had to have it done anyway. I am in the early stages of all this. You take meds only when you need them. Are you referring to hcm meds. My dr said I can’t do that. They have to be taken every day. I am sorry you are in such pain now. Sometimes the cure is worse than the disease or meds and side effects. Take care.

I had a Septical Myectomy 20 months ago I tried Camzyos, I tried every cardiac medications they didn't work some people can take medication and it works for them yes I did take medications daily but for me they made me sick.
After much thought and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy was getting worse, I chose a Septical Myectomy it was my only choice.
What went wrong was I was very limited on what hospital my insurance would pay.
I thought I chose well, but there is a difference a hospital that has only done a few to a hospital who have done thousands.
I tell everyone now call ask questions don't settle for less get more than one opinion it's your life your Journey.
Go to a hospital of Excellence don't make the mistake I did.
I finally found a Surgion at a hospital of Excellence, but unfortunately communication has been a problem.
I had a redo Septical Myectomy in my case the worse pain I have ever felt and feel awful.
I can't take medication for me this is my problem so I am struggling..
