The neurologist has put me on Meripex . Couldn’t handle side effects. Now on Requip with many side effects. I have malabsorption of fat soluble vitamins. Is there something else. I do physical therapy, treadmill. Weights daily. Take Tylenol, Trazadone, nervive cream, epson salt, massages. Use a roller walker. Any help

Hi,
How extensive is your demeylination?
There is such a thing as remeylination which is supossed to happen immediately after demeylination, automatically. As I understand it the conditions need to be right for this to happen. I have not been so lucky as the demeylination has put my body under stress negating any possibility of remeylination. There is research happening into stimulating remeylination but it is unlikely to be of any help for years to come. I'm considered to have advanced autonomic polyneuropathy (ANS) with my total digestive system compromised. I'm currently starving to death while waiting for somebody to realise a J tube opperation is the only work around that can save me. ANS has caused a brick wall pattern to form across my forehead, from constantly banging the brickwalls!
Cheers
