Anyone have this happening?
Hello @2413273, welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I had not heard of hearing being attacked by an autoimmune disease but a little searching confirmed that it can happen. Here's what I found on the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association website.
Autoimmune Inner Ear Disease

@2413273 Even though this condition is said to be one of the rarest of those who experience hearing loss (< 1%), you are not alone. I have been dealing with this for about two and a half years, although I wasn't diagnosed until the end of last year.
