Anyone have both papillary and follicular carcinoma?

Hello fellow thyroid cancer friends! Last year I had a total thyroidectomy following years of monitoring some nodules in my thyroid. When my pathology came back it revealed both papillary and follicular carcinomas, one type on each side of my thyroid with good margins and no spread to surrounding tissues. I cannot seem to find much information in regards to two types of thyroid carcinoma occurring simultaneously besides that it is quite uncommon. Approximately eight months post op, I grew quite sick with very unusual neck discomfort. After looking into it with my doctor, I have some lymph nodes that are now looking suspicious and we are monitoring them every 3 months. My acute symptoms have subsided from my illness so I feel fine, but I am frankly tired of the uncertainty and stress of the unknown in regards to lumps in my neck. My question is, does any one have experience with having two types of thyroid cancer at the same time and did you also have additional cancers show up later- post surgery, not sure how concerned I should be. Thanks in advance for any input/experiences you've had that you might be willing to share!
