Slightly elevated blood pressure also tied to strokes

An analysis of past studies concludes that people with a slightly elevated blood pressure are at an increased risk for a stroke. While the study is not definitive, neurologists are still concerned for patients with prehypertension. The authors of the study suggest lifestyle changes, such as diet and increased exercise, for patients with prehypertension.
