ALL

Just curious. I am 65 days very successfully out of an allogeneic transplant. All going really great but today I received news that during the chimerism testing at 60 days they identified 2 of my own stem cells, this following 100% graft cells after my 30 day testing. I am beginning to show some GVHD signs which my doctor is happy about. Any thoughts?

Hello @amywillow, welcome to Connect. I'd like to invite @cgar1959 back to Connect as they previously discussed being the caretaker for their husband undergoing an allogenic stem cell transplant for ALL. I'd also like to invite @ckeys who also has had both autologous & allogenic transplants. Although ckeys had transplants for lymphoma, they may be able to speak to their experience with post-allogenic transplant lab results.

@amywillow, while we wait for other members to share their experience, are you comfortable sharing more about how your doctor is happy about your showing signs of graft vs. host disease?
