air quality and ckd

There were articles the beginning of this week about a ten year period study of Vets by the VA showing an association between air quality and Kidney Disease. The most polluted areas were in Southern California, with at least five cities or counties found to be the worst. The Northeast also scored poorly.
Over the ten year period air quality improved overall in this country.
