After eliminating ALS, MS, etc the verdict came back from the Docs. as "Idiopathic Peripheral Polyneuropathy" with a suspect of Post Polio Syndrome. I first noticed a right leg limp and a slight foot drop at 12 years ago at age 72. There has been a slow deterioration during the last 12 years so that I have foot drop in both feet and muscles in both calves are continue to atrophy that result in leg fatigue. I can walk short distances with a cane. "I DO NOT HAVE A PAIN MANAGEMENT PROBLEM" Most of the literature out there is concentrated on various helps for pain management. It has been difficult getting info regarding motor nerve deterioration and weather there are any suggestions as to how to slow it down??
