Adult Onset Nesidioblastosis Neurogenic Bowel-Coronary Artery Disease

Hi all-
I am Amanda, 44, Central FL. I am newly diagnosed with adult-onset nesidioblastosis and a myriad of other seemingly wild disorders post cauda equina spinal cord injury last year. L5 to S1 fusion.

Dysautonomia blood pressure drops complicates things, as does a neurogenic bowel and bladder. I am 6 years post gastric sleeve, 2 years post gastric bypass, and 8 years post a very young aged heart attack (37). I was a severe diabetic for nearly 30 years.

I am having the WORST time in life trying to find a provider to help me after my regular endocrinologist diagnosed me then referred me to a specialist Tampa General Hospital as she was not able to help enough by herself. The new endo is not taking new patients. The rest of the physicians there are not able to care for my particular "flavor" disorder myriad. I am contraindicated to take the medications that I have read about...

Has anyone found a provider in anywhere close to (I am praying within an hour) drive of the Plant City, FL (Tampa/Hillsborough County/Polk County) areas? I will drive further but since this will be my provider, I need to be able to get to them!

I reiterate that I will drive further (Mayo Clinic Jacksonville is Ok too) but no one is taking patients or has exceedingly long waits.
