ADLs? 86 yo mom w/right rTSR with left coming up.

My mom is 86 with severe osteoarthritis. Her dominant right shoulder had rTSR in 2016 and now the left needs rTSR in July 2026. Her ROM in the right is reduced and she has already adapted some ADLs (front closure bra, curved long handle brush). I am trying to anticipate what else she may need, particularly to get dressed herself. She struggles to put on a blouse with one rTSR! Her husband can help, but I know she would like to do for herself as much as possible. I have expert sewing skills and can alter clothing.
-What clothing adaptations are helpful?
-What assistive devices might help? (eg seatbelt reacher)
-Is tying shoes a problem with rTSR in both shoulders?
-Showering?
Thank you!
