abdominal aortic aneurysm blocking IMR Artery to Stomach

I am having surgery to repair a abdominal aortic aneurysm at 4.8cm. A stint will be used. I am concerned about them blocking my Inferior Mesenteric Artery (IMR Artery). Has anyone had this done and are you having lower stomach problems? Scary they are blocking this.
The stint will start at my Kidneys and the down the Right and Left Iliac arteries. My Right Iliac was repaired about 3 years ago and now I have a 2.2cm aneurysm in the left one.
The doctor does not seem concerned.

After doing some research on my own, it seems the stomach has redundant artery's that will supply blood.
So blocking is <1% will have problems. Now I am worried that one of my Kidneys have 3 arteries feeding blood. The surgical team plans to block off one of these in the aorta to get a tighter fit to the kidneys.
If not one thing, its another.
Looking forward to getting these fixed next week.

@karl63 I don't know much about abdominal aortic aneurysms, but just wanted to wish you luck on the repair. I'd have to think your surgeons know the risks and rewards.
