Exercise affects men's, women's hearts differently: Study

A new study reviewed 25,000 stress-test results and found significant differences in the results between men and women. The results showed that heart rates decline with age for both men and women but heart rates decline more gradually in women than men. Based on the results, the authors developed a new formula to better predict peak exercise rate.
