6 months ago I had experienced my first heart attack. Having a heart attack was the worst experience of my life. With that said, my physician told me that my lack of exercise was going to be the death of me. I do understand that I have a weight issue, where I weigh 275 lbs and I am 5’8’’. I work a lot and do not have the time to workout to try to control my weight. Can someone offer me advice on how to manage my weight, taking into account my time constraints. As I said before I am very busy and would love to be around for much longer. I believe if I have another heart attack that I will not make it through.
