2 months post TKR
I am 2 months post TKR 2nd knee. First knee done 3 years ago. Recovering slowly and still having pain but my doctor and PT said this is normal. What is frustrating is I will have 1 good day and think things are finally turning around and then bam pain flares up for days I try not to overdo activities. Pain is on both sides of the knee. Very stiff but I understand this is also normal. Just checking if others still have pain at 2 months. Thanks

Hang in there. It is a slow recovery. Rest, ice, PT, stretches and lots of rest and ice.

Did your surgeon use a tourniquet? If so, it will often create post surgery pain in your thigh area but it should be abating soon if that is the cause.
