18 months after prostate holep surgery i still get bleeding.

The surgery went well and recovery has been normal. Im reasonably fit 70. However when i do strenuous walks eg 2 hours i get recurrent bleeding which is fixed after a day or two of diclofenac. My urologist said my prostate had bulged into my bladder so he had to remove more material than usual. We surmised it could be a blood vessel close to the surface exposed by surgery and it ruptures with high blood pressure. Ultrasound shows nothing abnormal. Has anyone encountered this? Im reluctant for him to go back in unless i know it can be resolved.
