Poisoning vs anxiety

Do you feel your body to get cool or cold and have headache when poisoning with co? Are these symptoms? I have also mental condition

Hi @ilkin1993, here is information from Mayo Clinic about carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning:

While feeling cold is not listed as a specific symptom, carbon monoxide exposure can feel like you have the flu. Have you been exposed to carbon monoxide? Are you able to remove the source of CO from your environment?

If my saturation is normal, should I be worry about co poisoning?

If went out of co source to fresh air, is it enough for being safe or should I seek medical attention?

Definitely will get a headache, naysea and fatigue.

Why di you think CO poisoning is a possibility?

GET A CO MONITOR!!

My saturation is good. I can not get Co monitor. I did not experience dizziness
