Crackling in ear.
Has anyone experienced crackling in your ear when you swallow? It’s not from getting water or high altitudes. I’ve had it for a year and no one has figured it out.

I have had that since childhood. Also suffered from chronic sinusitis and ear infections all of my life. My ENT told me that it is caused by drainage behind the ear drum. He said to hold your nose and blow out to keep it cleared and it actually helps. I also use Debrox for ears every few weeks to keep the earwax from building up and causing worse problems. Hope this helps!
