Should I worry if I can’t bring up mucus every day when doing ACT?

I do the compression vest, nebulizer 7% saline 2x a day and postural drainage 1x a day. Some days I am able to clear a significant amount of mucus and then it can go 1 or 2 days where I clear very small amounts, if any. Is this something I should be concerned about?

As far as I know, I'm still stable. I'm on the "Big 3" so that might skew my production. I won't have a check up again until October though. Bit different here in NZ

I’m also a low producer, but am hoping it will keep it under control.

I just started in March and find it’s pretty time consuming. I had phone appt with Mayo doc last week and asked her if I could do just once a day. She said yes, but added enough reasons for increasing back to two that I’m still doing 2. 😀
