Hello Collen,
Thank you for your prompt reply. As I wrote in my last message I had RP 10 years ago and I have been tested my PSA level since then every 6 months. The results until the last one was

The levels of my PSA over the last 10 years were 0.004 checked every 6 mionths the last one was 0.01. Do I have to worry? What do I have to do?

Mayo Clinic's Dr. Todd B. Nippoldt answered a similar question "What causes PSA levels to increase after prostate removal due to prostate gland enlargement (benign prostatic hyperplasia)?" Here is his answer http://www.mayoclinic.org/prostate-cancer/expert-answers/faq-20058463

Sounds like scheduling an appointment with your doctor might be a good next step. What do you think?
