What kind of chemo? Any body aches and pains?
The chemo I had after 28 radiation treatments began with intravenious adriamyacin and streptozocin (2 cycles) they told me it could affect my heart or kidneys up to five years later in life. That was followed with 12 cycles of Sutent (targeted chemo) and 3 cycles of Affinitor (also targeted chemo) for kidneys.

Every person's needs are a little different , depending on the reasons behind the reduced functioning. Usually initally testing and appointments are close together, 3 to 6 months . Then as stabilization happens I've found it bumps to 6mth to 1 year. Most of my testing is in the 6 mth to one year phase now .
