Many with eczema have several types. I have GD and also Allergic Contact Dermatitis, ACD. GD has many variations, but my GD was classic with papuales on my upper and lower, front and back torso. I did get a few on the back of my neck below my hair line. Cilantro in my case is controlling it.
Has ACD been ruled out of the reason you have an itchy scalp? The 5 Day Extended Patch Test identified my allergens.
