I had this happen to me. I have Phonak hearing aids and I was receiving sound from someone in an apt below me using Bose wireless headphones. I had to have an audiologist change the receiving frequency on my hearing aids to allow it to stop. You’re not crazy. I tried turning off the Bluetooth on my aids and changing all the settings on my phone, but nothing stopped it until the audiologist called Phonak for help. Insist that your audiologist speaks to Phonak.

Thanks jcdf. You might have hit on my problem. We did check the apartment below and they were watching something else other than what was blasting in my ear. I am calling audiologist today discussing your response. Oh I know I am not crazy as the apt. manager and her assistant were here and they heard the country music blasting, holding it about 6 inches from their ears. They were the ones to check the apt. below me, also, as that was my first thought. I was glad that they did hear it. If the problem gets solved, I will post results.
