stree incontenence following prostectomy at Mayo

I suffer from stress incontenence which means every time I gfet up from sitting I have a urine spurt. I wear male guard in a jockstrap but I still leak. Has anyone figured out any better solution?

I do find that the condition is gettintg worse as time goes on. ALso, it happens less with a full bladder!! If I am standing all the time it does not happen.
