Njh visit

I go May 2nd and if you don't mind my asking but where did you stay and did you rent a car? Just trying to make sure I am in a safe area since I have never been there before?

Hi i stayed at residence inn by marriott in cherry creek. Nice place safe. Had a small studio eith kitchen. Restaurant walking distance. We took lyft to njh and back. This area is very nice. Walking trail right there and we walked everywhere. This hotel has an excellent breakfast. I would stay there again just for the breakfast. Also you get a discount for njh. We thought about getting a car but it was less expensive to lyft from airport and back. Hope it helps.

Hi, I just started at NJH and also have positive sweat test and ANA. These were posted on the portal. My follow up visit is June 1, no information on next steps yet. Let me know what the recommendations are.

Did they do the gene testing? I don’t have results yet from my gene test. It takes 2 weeks for results.

No, I just got the results last week about the sweat test and ANA. They have not told me about next steps yet. My next appointment is June 1.

I would be interested in knowing what your sweat test numbers were if you would like to share, no problem if you would rather not. Thank you. I have elevated numbers around 50 but my extensive genetic work up did not find a Cf related gene.

Mine are similar. Perhaps there are other mutations that we do not know about. I think we can drive ourselves crazy with this.

I appreciate the info and I just booked my stay there. They have me scheduled for 12 days and wondered if you got leave earlier than planned?

Yes i left yesterday instead if friday. If you can buy airline tickets one way it may be better if you need to change the flight. We had to pay a penalty but wanted to get home. Hope this helps.
