Hello @boosaw, Welcome to Connect. I'm not sure about the cold but I think what you are experiencing is pretty normal. I know that I felt a lot of fatigue following my knee replacement which I think was part of the recovery process. Here's a good explanation:

Have you discussed the fatigue with your doctor or surgeon to see if they have any suggestions?

Same here. I think that’s pretty normal after a major surgery. I didn’t have anesthetic (spinal block) & I was still fatigued for several week. As I recall, by about 6 weeks I still needed “rests” but not necessarily naps. Being back to work would have been difficult.

I had TKR (right knee) about nine months ago. Yes, fatigue was part of my experience as well. It was frustrating, as I wanted to be able to resume my normal life as much as possible. Even when my knee had recovered to the point I could get around more easily, I didn't feel like doing much. Instead, I sat in my recliner and stared out the window, which is NOT like me at all. Fatigue is normal and will fade in time. Hang in there, it gets better!
