I am one of them. Had nine vertabrae fused and rods and screws and developed peripheral neuropathy.

Hey! I missed your message a few days ago! Wow! You know what fusion is all about.
Are yours in your upper back? Mine in lower back! My podiatrist prescribed a lotion that I put on my peripheral neuropathy "toes" when they pain me. It is wonderful. Also, there is a lidocaine gel 4% that is good too.

I'm pretty good today. Same pain in back off & on; and toe pain off & on. Use walking poles when out and walker at home off & on.

Where do you live. I'm in Ohio near Columbus. Marcia/ZORONE
