Long covid, and have burning skin on tops of hands, forearms, tops of shoulders, entire head, especially ears, and both leg shins. Worse at night, interrupting sleep. Long Covid sufferers, we all would love to see Communist Party of China held accountable for the incredible evil their bioweapons development at Wuhan has crippled the peoples of the world.

Sounds like neuro symptoms like I had with guillain barre attack.
Especially notable prior to weather changes and bedtime. Try Paxil (off
label). Keep walking. Don't quit exercising. It may lessen over time.
