long term covid and cfs

i had chronic fatigue before i was diagnosed with covid. but, now having both some days i can't walk very well. it feels like my leg joints are like metal, it is hard to explain. the pain is much sharper after having covid. what treatments are out there

I had fibromyalgia before Covid. Had Covid May 2022, now long Covid. Have done PT for imbalance, dizziness and brain fog. Pains in shoulders,arms and legs. Worked with long Covid clinic at Mayo Clinic and my PCP. Covid has exasperated my fibromyalgia. Ultimately found that low dose Naltroxine and PT has helped. I take 4.5 mg every night
