@stsopoci Do you mean a psychiatrist? A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who prescribes medications.
A psychologist is not a medical doctor. A psychologist can be licensed to prescribe medications in only a few states within the U.S. (Louisiana, New Mexico, Illinois, Iowa, and Idaho) after they have had training in psychopharmacology.
