Hi @mcmayer, welcome. I'm tagging @gaybinator @ta52 @memawjax @nodunk @birdsforever @leigh17 @gmacookie @edinral, who have experience with immunotherapy, specifically pembrolizumab (Keytruda) for melanoma or other cancer. I'm confident that they will share their experiences with you.

Thank goodness that Ensure is tolerable. Like you, I'm hopeful that Dronabinal is stimulating his appetite. His food aversion sounds so challenging and must have you worried. If I understand correctly, he stopped Keytruda treatments in August 2022. Have the dislikes for certain foods dimished at all over time or are they as strong as ever?
