Did you ask your doctor about excercises? My doctor did not mention them to me.
I found them on the internet and they help with SCCDS which causes dizziness

REPLY

Yes i have tryed all the excercises. Nothing seems to help.

I just had a case of vertigo. I was referred to a vestibular physiotherapist. They will assess you, treat you and they will teach you how to treat yourself. I did not need any medications

There is an OTC medicine called Meclizine. It can be purchased at Walmart for very cheap. I have had vertigo my entire life. This is the only med that works.

Im going through same thing.

I also was recently diagnosed...I have all the symptoms you describe...it's very frustrating...i will be going to vestibular therapy starting tomorrow...if helped after 1 session in the hospital....keep your spirits up...

Google BPPV and see if those are your symptoms. There IS relief available by doing the canalith procedure or Epley manipulation - non surgical!

I have had constant vertigo for over 2 years. It started suddenly and has not ever really gone away. No BPPV, no tumors. One specialist said cervical vertigo another said possible vein compression of the vestibular nerve. I have been to 10 doctors in the Chicago area. My live is in ruins. Like you it lasts all day and I also have given up driving. Tried the exercises and they did not help. Also like you the doctors keep suggesting various medications but I am very sensitive to the side effects of the medications. At this point I am not sure what to do. Let me know how you are
