Good morning Steve @steveny9, Thanks for asking that question. You helped me with my daily quest of trying to learn one new fact each day 🙂

I think what has helped me the most bringing down my glucose numbers is intermittent fasting along with eating a lot fewer carbs. It's also a big part in lowering my Cholesterol numbers along with the daily exercise at least 4 or 5 days a week for 30 to 60 minutes.
