Dear Rick,
It is indeed sad to hear what you have gone through, but please remember that your life is much more important than what you are thinking right now. I’m sure things will turn out absolutely fine going forward. You just need to take some time off from your thoughts and start engaging in other activities. Travel, watch movies, take a break and stop overthinking about problems. You can also try online counselling and you will start feeling better in no time…

How wonderful, @bonjugal! I’m one of the moderators on Connect, and I too, am originally from India. Could you tell us what brought you to Connect?
Well I’ve heard a lot about Mayo clinic in United states from many people. I am looking to understand the concept of health forums, because we still see a large no. of indian patients shying away from discussing their health problems and especially where stigma is attached like mental health & sexual health. Also, I feel more connected with the patients after looking at their problems as we’ve been seeing very similar cases.
