What types of therapy did you undergo as my husband diagnosed in dec 2018 had 5FU followed by xeloda again 5FU and recently Y90 to right and left lines of liver. Has lost weight and appetite but since thanksgiving appetite returned. Now to get weight and muscle mass back on. Where did you get treatments
First surgery at St Joseph/Candler in Savannah, GA. Second at Duke in NC. All chemo was done at local oncology office.
Thanks for responding hope you are doing well. We have had Y90 twice in left and right lobes of liver and next week mri to see results. Also on Lonsurf pills 5 days on two off 5 days on then off for two and half weeks . These make one fatigued and tiring, but oncologist put us in this regimen hope an pray these therapies work. We did chemo at Hopkins so it was a drive down several hours but we felt more comfortable having all of the therapies done in one place and one chart for info.
Be well and take car.
