Dental device for sleep apnea

I had a BPAP-ST prescribed for me which I used for a couple of years. However, when I lost 100+lbs. after a Roux en Y procedure, my sleep problems essentially disappeared as did my machine. My wife is a cancer survivor twice and a heavy snorer so she wound up having a prescribed CPAP machine as well. Therefore, with the knowledge that the machine and process do work, my wife has stopped using the machine. If implemented regularly and diligently, the entire procedure wears people down so that they either cease to maintain healthful cleansing and maintenance requirements or quit altogether. This program needs a Thomas Edison. Until then, good luck.
