Walking outside during “allergy seasons”

Does walking outside during allergy season adversely affect someone with
MAC?

I haven't found this to be the case. I walked throughout my MAC treatment & ever since.
I have reactive airway & asthma as well, so in really bad allergy times, I have been known to wear a mask while I walk. The good news - pollen granules are enormous compared to bacteria, so a paper surgical mask or a cloth mask will keep it out.
When it is heavy pollen season, I tend to walk in the AM before my shower, or in the evening then shower & change clothes when I gat home. Same if I work in yard or garden (there I wear N95.)
