Visible dent under my foot: Anyone seen this before?

Has anyone ever seen this before? I have 3 autoimmune diseases which may or may not have caused the visible dent in my right foot.

I changed the title of your discussion to reflect the question you wished to ask. You mention chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP). What other autoimmune conditions do you have? Did you report this new foot issue to your doctor?
