Bladder sensation loss & retrograde ejaculation post colon surgery

Hello @huskerhowy and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Your lack of sensation seems to me could have something to do with nerve damage. Has any doctor mentioned this as one potential cause?
As for the retrograde ejaculation, do you believe this to be connected to your loss of urinary sensation? Did they happen at about the same time?

Yes they both happened right after surgery. They did a cystoscopy prior to the colon surgery to identify the Ureter. Have had difficulty urinating once the Foley catheter is as removed same with the retrograde ejauclation
