I don’t have a favorite episode. I like how they often approach the subject from their professional specialities, pulmonology and infectious disease, and then have a discussion. It gives always gives the listener something to mull over. Also, they keep the discussions lively and at the same time, acknowledge the seriousness of the topic and the difficulties for those of us managing our disease.

I listened to the series last year. It was very helpful to me as a newly diagnosed pt. with bronchiectasis and mac. I especially liked their question/answer sessions. I wish they had more series.

I listened to the series last year. It was very helpful to me as a newly diagnosed pt. with bronchiectasis and mac. I especially liked their question/answer sessions. The session on describing bronchiectasis was simple and descriptive and helped me to understand what an "exacerbation" and "bronchiectasis" meant. I had been confused about when I got sick with a cold or virus was it the same as an exacerbation? They shed a little light on that and why it was important to send in a sputum sample whenever a fever or new cough started up. I still find myself re-listening to some of the podcasts when questions arise. (though I do find many answers here as well).
